Ive a PRO subscription with the Nova AI app and was told in early June that Nova were in the process of migrating to a Web Version and this would take 2 weeks and my PRO subscription would migrate as well. It is now late July and my web version account is the basic version. Any timeline on when your migration to the web version will be completed?

It's a scam company and I've been overcharged for three months. Tried sending an email and got no reply. I had to freeze my credit card.

El mismo problema con la diferencia que realice el pago a la supcripcion pro y resulta que me emitieron la boleta la factura pero no está reflejado en la app de Google play y más encima solo se me permite utilizar la versión la versión web, por lo que en mi teléfono no me permite utilizar . No sé si existirá algún lugar donde denunciar ?
